Responsibilities

• Assess applications for discretionary financial support and determine eligibility and award values.
• Gather and analyse financial and personal information from residents and relevant sources.
• Identify residents in financial hardship and prioritise urgent cases.
• Assess housing-related financial needs to support tenancy sustainment.
• Communicate decisions clearly to residents and signpost to welfare services.
• Record decisions and maintain auditable case records.
