Job summary

ITI Group is seeking a Simulation Consultant in the United Kingdom to deliver simulation projects that improve performance and reduce risk. You will own standard engagements from requirements gathering to final recommendations, applying established methodologies and working closely with clients.

You will join multidisciplinary teams on larger engagements, expand your expertise in simulation and digital modelling, and take ownership of projects while building strong client relationships and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a simulation consultancy or analytical consulting environment.
• Experience delivering discrete event simulation projects from requirements to findings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Data handling and analysis with Excel; SQL proficiency.
• Willingness to travel to support clients and projects.
• Training or accreditation in a DES tool (e.g., FlexSim, AnyLogic, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead standard simulation consulting projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; manage tasks and risks.
• Facilitate client workshops to capture scope, data, and success criteria.
• Design, build, and document discrete event simulation models; analyze results.
• Plan and execute verification and validation; ensure model credibility.
• Maintain client relationships and manage expectations throughout delivery.
• Support business development with demonstrations, estimates, and proposals.
• Deliver simulation training courses and contribute to reusable assets.
