ESNEFT in Colchester is seeking registered nurses to join the discharge lounge team, delivering safe, harm-free care and maintaining high clinical standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide evidence of continuing professional development, excellent communication, and teamwork, with training provided. Previous discharge lounge experience is an advantage, and DBS checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with evidence of ongoing CPD.
• Coaching qualification is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake further education.

Responsabilités

• To work as the named nurse and effectively manage the care of a group of patients within the framework for Clinical Governance.
• To provide high quality, individualised nursing care in line with the NMC Code of Conduct and Professional Standards.
• To support ongoing nursing practice development and contribute to care improvements.
