HCA CARE is seeking committed Disability Support Workers who can provide care to clients in their homes, disability-focused facilities, and in the community.

About the role:

1. Provide 1:1 support
2. Passive and Active overnight shifts
3. Client Transportation
4. Personal care and assistance
5. Companionship
6. 24-hour roster, 7 days a week

Essential Criteria:

• Cert III or IV in Disability/Mental Health/Individual Support/Aged Care
• Minimum 6 months full-time paid work experience in Disability facilities
• National NDIS & DHS working with children clearance
• Reliable and flexible to work over a 7-day, 24-hour roster including short shifts (minimum 3 hours)
• Willing to drive/transport clients in own vehicle
• Current full Australian and/or International Driver's Licence
• Current First Aid/CPR & Manual handling certificates (or willing to attain before commencement)
• Smartphone required for HCA App and service delivery

Recommended Requirements:

• High Challenging Behaviours
• MAPA/CPI Safety Intervention training
• Medication Administration
