Our Disability Support team are a passionate group of individuals working together to empower our clients in pursing the dignity of independence. We are seeking Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living team, located in Balcatta on a permanent basis.

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

• A Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability (or progress towards), or significant experience in a related setting and a willingness to undertake training
• Strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality care
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in various environments and the ability to inclusively communicate with a diverse range of people Proven customer-focused work ethic
• Strong person-centred skills and behaviours in communicating and engaging and with clients with high support needs
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and use resources effectively, safely and efficiently
• Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and reliable registered vehicle -This position will be required to travel using own vehicle. This also includes transporting clients in own vehicle as required
