Bristol City Council is seeking an Inclusive Communities Facilitator (Disability Equality) to join the Community Development Team. Using an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, you will work with Disabled people, community groups, and local partners to build connections, increase social action, and support people to have greater choice, influence, and participation within their communities.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of community development / community health

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of community development / community health development.
• Experience of Asset Based Community Development (ABCD).
• Direct experience of disability and understanding of the Disabled People's Movement.
• Understanding the social model of disability.
