Job summary

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications for a Directorate Manager leading the ENT, Audiology and OMFS services. You will shape service delivery, drive clinical governance and ensure safety, quality and best use of resources.

You will report to the Associate Chief Operating Officer and lead a large team across three sites, balancing performance targets with continuous improvement and patient experience objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in an acute care setting.
• Track record of service redesign and change management.
• Proven ability to deliver financial targets and KPI.
• Strong HR and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance to meet targets.
• Manage I&E balance and budget for Directorate.
• Develop capacity planning and business cases.
• Ensure quality, safety, and patient experience standards.
• Oversee recruitment, HR policies, and workforce planning.
