Job summary

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Audiology Associate to join the countywide service. The role is based primarily at Worcestershire Royal Hospital and involves supporting ENT clinics and routine diagnostic audiology within a large NHS team.

The post offers opportunities for development within a progressive Audiology service, with supervision and involvement in service improvements, accreditation activities, and flexible working as part of staff wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Audiology or equivalent Healthcare qualification.
• AHCS/HCPC registered (or in progress).
• Membership of BAA, BSA or other professional body.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Audiology and ENT services across Worcestershire County Audiology.
• Undertake routine audiology activities including pure tone audiometry and tympanometry.
• Assist with hearing aid maintenance, fitting and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to patient pathways.
• Work across service locations and contribute to accreditation and quality improvement.
