Job summary

DJH in Manchester seeks an Associate Director/Director in Transaction Services to lead high-value due diligence assignments and manage key client relationships. You will balance technical excellence with commercial acumen, overseeing budgets, WIP, and resource deployment, while mentoring senior staff and shaping service line strategy.

The role requires ACA or ACCA qualifications, 5–10 years TS experience in a Top 20 firm or regional/advisory business, and a proactive approach to business
