Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management & Engineering Business Operations to lead the TPM function within Foundational Systems & Experiences Engineering (FSEE) while partnering with executive leadership.

The role combines leadership of the EMEA TPM team with Engineering Business Operations support for the VP's organization, driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes across a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience leading complex technical programs within software, platform, infrastructure, cloud, or related engineering organisations.
5+ years of experience managing Technical Program Managers, Program Managers, or similar functions.
Track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
Strong people leadership and team development experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the EMEA-based FSEE TPM team with ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish operating models, delivery standards, governance, and reporting for complex programs.
Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and operations leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
Coordinate TPM practices across regions to ensure consistency and execution.
Own planning, reviews, and leadership cadences; drive KPIs and organizational reporting.
