  • Develop and oversee market‑facing content, including blogs, videos, press releases, and sales enablement materials, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Lead product marketing team members, setting goals, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and represent the company at conferences and events.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches and measurable business outcomes.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or go‑to‑market roles, with at least 3 years leading product marketing teams.
  • Deep technical understanding of Continuous Delivery, DevOps, and related tools, including Kubernetes; experience with OSS communities is a plus.
  • Proven experience owning GTM strategy and execution for enterprise SaaS products.
  • Strong communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex technical ideas into clear, compelling business messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams to drive growth and adoption.
  • Established network with DevOps analysts and media is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
  • Competitive salary with transparent, fair compensation structure.
  • Minimum 25 days annual leave plus up to 10 days paid sick and carers leave.
  • 12 weeks fully paid parental leave with flexible return options.
  • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for individuals and dependents.
