We seek talented Directors with experience in:

• Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes in EMEA
• End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
• Tax technology advising and implementation, including requirements gathering and design review
• Tax transformation, governance, process design, and improvement
• Project and client management

Additional desirable skills include:

• Data management, including SQL and large data analysis
• Designing cloud-based tax applications
• Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
• Leading tax transformation projects within broader finance programs
• Developing automation solutions for tax systems
• Designing systems addressing multi-country tax requirements
• Collaborating with colleagues across Tax Transformation, GCT, and Consulting
• Developing governance frameworks, service offerings, and delivery models
• Building strong client relationships
• Managing senior team members and offshore resources
• Identifying additional service opportunities and providing coaching and support
