We seek talented Directors with experience in:

• Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially indirect taxes and EMEA compliance
• End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
• Advising on tax technology to support compliance and reporting
• Tax technology implementation, including requirements gathering and design documentation
• Tax transformation, governance, and process improvement
• Project and client management

Additional desirable skills include:

• Data management, databases, data transmission, data transformation, and SQL
• Analyzing large data volumes
• Designing cloud-based tax applications
• Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
• Leading tax transformation projects within broader finance programs
• Developing automation solutions for tax
• Designing systems addressing tax requirements across countries
• Collaborating with colleagues across teams and supporting client governance frameworks
• Developing service offerings and delivery models
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Performance management and oversight of offshore resources
