Job summary

Fitch Ratings is seeking a Director-level Credit Analyst in the European Structured Finance team to join our Manchester office. The role focuses on developing credit opinions, cash flow modeling, and analyses of securitisation structures including CLOs.

You will work across a team of analysts, review legal documents, and prepare rating proposals for presentation to rating committees. The ideal candidate is highly numerate with advanced Excel skills and strong英译 communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have finance experience and numerate analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills are required for modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to review and analyse legal transaction documents from a credit risk perspective.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement default, recovery, and cash flow modeling.
• Review transaction legal documents and rating criteria.
• Assess collateral and borrower structures for CLOs and securitisations.
• Prepare rating proposals and communicate rationale to stakeholders.
