Job summary

WPP Media UK is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead Agency & Client Enablement, translating partner capabilities into practical activation plans across media, technology and data.

You will shape enablement programmes, govern delivery, and drive adoption, collaboration, and client outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and measurable impact within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in enablement, client leadership, planning, strategy, partnerships, product marketing, capability development or client-facing roles within media, advertising or technology sectors.
• Strong relationship management and ability to influence across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of enablement programmes for a defined portfolio of strategic partners and capabilities across WPP Media.
• Lead governance and delivery of enablement activity for assigned partners and strategic initiatives.
• Track adoption and business impact across partner programmes and identify opportunities to increase awareness and activation.
• Develop communications and enablement resources to empower agency teams with partner capabilities.
• Support new business by showcasing relevant partner capabilities and value propositions.
