Job summary

Moody’s is seeking a Director - Partnerships Manager in London to lead strategic partnerships, drive revenue through AI-enabled analytics, and manage key partner ecosystems. The role demands a strong grasp of KYC/AML and experience in regulated financial services.

You will collaborate across product, sales, legal, and leadership teams to execute multi‑year partnership strategies. You’ll define joint go‑to‑market plans, ensure regulatory alignment, and measure success through pipeline and revenue

Qualifications

• 6+ years of partnerships experience, across data, analytics, enterprise software, cloud, fintech, or AI ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate market trends into revenue strategies.
• Deep knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry where KYC is critical.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a partnership strategy expanding Moody’s data and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and manage partner relationships with regulatory compliance in mind.
• Create business cases positioning Moody’s intelligence as a differentiator in workflows.
• Monitor partner compliance with KYC requirements and address gaps proactively.
• Design joint go-to-market plans to drive pipeline, revenue, and adoption.
• Collaborate with product/tech for integrations, APIs, and AI use cases.
• Own senior partner relationships and represent Moody’s in executive discussions.
• Track partnership performance across pipeline and revenue influence.
