Job summary

Eutelsat Group seeks a Senior Manager Innovation Programmes to lead the UK-based Innovation team and manage ongoing partnership programmes with ESA and other European space agencies. You will develop new programmes, influence strategic directions, and coordinate with teams across France, the UK, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience with institutional partners (ESA or similar).
• Strong communication and coordination across diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the UK-based Innovation team.
• Oversee various ongoing programmes, including coordination with project partners and management of contract changes.
• Manage the relationship and reporting to ESA, including participation in project reviews.
• Coordinate interactions with ESA stakeholders and national Space agencies.
• Identify relevant innovation topics and potential collaborative projects for Eutelsat, including screening and evaluation of strategic partnership opportunities.
• Define and structure new partnership initiatives.
