Job summary

LSA Recruit Ltd. seeks a senior solutions consultant with 10+ years in solutions consulting, presales, or value engineering. You will own complex enterprise deals, shape engagements, and lead billable AI/data-focused programs. Strong business/tech credibility and cloud data ecosystem familiarity are essential.

The role emphasizes end-to-end deal ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering value through GenAI and data-driven transformations in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solutions consulting, presales, value engineering or client-facing consulting leadership.
• Independently shaping and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience setting up and running billable consulting engagements in data, analytics or AI-led environments.
• Credibility across business and technology with fluency in AI-led transformation.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data ecosystems (GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Owns commercial structuring - scoping, pricing and SoWs - and can articulate business cases in client conversations.
• Identify and shape AI-led business use cases (GenAI, Agentic AI, automation).
• Lead a team while remaining hands-on and billable when it matters.

• 10+ years in solutions consulting, presales, value engineering or client-facing consulting leadership


• Track record of independently shaping and closing complex enterprise deals - owning conversion, not just supporting it


• Experience setting up and running billable consulting engagements in data, analytics or AI-led environments


• Proven credibility across business and technology, with deep fluency in AI-led transformation


• Deep familiarity across modern cloud data ecosystems (GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
