Job summary

Tata Technologies Ltd. is seeking an AI Lead to own and drive AI solutions across enterprise engineering domains in the UK. You will lead architecture, governance, and MLOps, coordinating with PLM teams and stakeholders to validate use cases and deliver scalable GenAI initiatives.

The role requires strong Python skills, deep AWS expertise, and experience leading AI programs. You will mentor architects and engineers while ensuring responsible AI governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years AI application development experience with 5+ years leading AI/ML programs.
• Hands-on expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases and AI agents.
• Strong AWS knowledge including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS and cloud architecture.
• Advanced Python skills and LangChain or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, observability and governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder and team leadership skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional and/or AI Specialty certifications
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI and multi-cloud AI platforms
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG and multi-agent orchestration
• PLM, Digital Engineering, MBSE or Manufacturing domain experience
• Automotive, Aerospace or Industrial sector background
• Experience with data governance, security and Responsible AI frameworks

Role Summary

The person will be placed as AI Lead at UK location. The primary responsibility is to take ownership and drive AI Sol utions and help with AI initiative proposals.The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, PLM t eams, and manufacturing operations to validate AI business use cases, define AI functional requirements, and ensure seamless integration PLM and AI systems.In this role the person will lead the design, delivery and scaling of enterprise AI and Generative AI solu tions across engineering and business domains.
