We are hiring at Director or Snr Director level within Data & Analytics/Data Science Consulting, focusing on Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The roles offer opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies, deliver ML/AI solutions, and collaborate with clients across various industries and our global Data leadership teams. We offer flexible work arrangements with occasional face-to-face client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in ML/AI, designing and implementing solutions for clients.
• Engage with clients to understand challenges and communicate how ML/AI can help.
• Collaborate with teams to define project scope, develop data models, and select ML algorithms.
• Identify new ML/AI opportunities, sell solutions, and secure funding.
• Shape data solutions, scope and price engagements, and lead project transitions.
• Evaluate and select ML/AI tools and technologies.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective delivery and communication.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive enterprise growth.
• Mentor junior team members and stay updated on ML/AI advancements.
• Support sales activities through opportunity assessment and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or relevant experience.
• Proven leadership in Data & Analytics/ML/AI.
• Experience in designing and implementing ML/AI solutions.
• Knowledge of ML algorithms, data processing, and model evaluation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure funding.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Awareness of Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), Big Data, and Data Science trends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and business analysis capabilities.
• Consulting and pre-sales experience is a plus.
