FlightStory, a pioneering media company behind The Diary of a CEO and other IP, seeks a Director to run its short-form business line across the IP slate and signed creators. You will define the strategy, revenue plan, and production system—from brief to publish—with a hands-on start and scalable leadership.

You'll own relationships with major platforms and partners, prototype formats quickly, and build a team of 7–8 as the company scales its creator ecosystem and monetisation engine.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building short-form brands and formats that are recognisable and draw audiences.
• Proven ability to monetise content at scale across platforms (advertising, sponsorship, licensing).
• Strong leadership with ability to grow and coach a 7–8 person team.

• Develop formats that become IP and manage end-to-end production with a scalable system.
• Lead revenue initiatives across ad-funded, sponsored, licensed formats and partnerships.
