Job summary

FlightStory is seeking a hands-on Producer to own end-to-end productions across longform and branded content. You’ll manage briefs to delivery, collaborating with creative teams to turn ideas into shoots that land with precision.

You’ll work with directors, editors and delivery managers to keep edits moving, hit deadlines, and uphold editorial and technical standards while exploring new formats and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience producing editorially and technically across longform and branded shoots.
• Ability to lead shoots from brief to delivery with clear decision making.
• Comfort working with editors, designers and motion teams to keep edits on track.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of commercial and branded productions from brief to delivery.
• Turn briefs and storyboards into shoot plans that are ambitious yet achievable.
• Act as production check on ideas, flagging practical/editorial/technical issues early.
• Be the on-site producer on shoot days, keeping the day on track and calling shots when needed.
• Protect creative and technical standards across shoots and raise the bar.
