Job summary

Lumanity, PHARMO Institute, seeks a Director, Scientific Sales & Delivery to bridge clients and our Research team in a hybrid commercial–scientific leadership role. You will own a personal sales pipeline, guide proposal development, and ensure outputs are scientifically rigorous and aligned with client objectives.

You will lead feasibility analyses, design studies with advanced RWE methods, manage senior client discussions, and mentor cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and on budget,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, public health, or related field.
• 8+ years designing and delivering observational studies in RWD/RWE.
• Proven experience building cohorts and endpoints from raw/structured RWD; programming in SQL, R, SAS, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Commercial & Opportunity Development: manage personal sales target, qualify opportunities, lead proposal authorship and governance.
• Scientific Delivery & Data Leadership: conduct feasibility analyses, design studies with RWE methods, manage client scientific discussions.
• Delivery Oversight & Relationship Management: keep cross-functional teams on track and build trusted client relationships across study lifecycles.
