Job summary

PHARMO Institute, part of Lumanity, seeks a Director of Scientific Sales & Delivery to bridge clients and research teams. This hybrid leadership role combines epidemiology expertise with hands-on business development across the full RWE lifecycle.

You will own a personal sales pipeline, guide proposal development, and ensure outputs are methodologically rigorous and aligned with client objectives. Strong peer-to-peer credibility with pharmaceutical stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, public health, or related field.
• 8+ years designing and delivering observational studies in RWD/RWE with credibility.
• Experience building cohorts and endpoints from raw/structured RWD (EHR, claims, registries).
• Proven authoring of protocols and SAPs; leading methodological decisions.

Responsibilities

• Hold personal annual sales and pipeline targets; lead proposal authorship.
• Design and govern studies with external control arms, surrogate endpoints, NMA, PSM, and target trial emulation.
• Lead senior-level scientific discussions with clients and manage scope creep.
