FLSA Status: Full Time – Exempt

Pay Range: £88,000 - £104,000 with OTE of up to £240,000

Job Purpose:

The Director, Sales EMEA at Fabric is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for owning and expanding Fabric’s presence across the EMEA region. This position is ideal for a driven, results-oriented sales leader with deep roots in the Media & Entertainment industry and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles while building lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate will combine the tenacity and creativity of a hunter with the emotional intelligence and professionalism to thrive alongside our collaborative team. This individual will be responsible for opening doors, closing high-value SaaS deals, and positioning Fabric as a trusted partner to top-tier broadcasters, content owners and streaming platforms. Success in this role requires a balance of grit and grace - driving urgency with clients while building trust that leads to long-term growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Territory Ownership: Lead and grow Fabric’s SaaS sales within the EMEA territory. Own territory performance, targeting M&E clients and driving customer acquisition with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationships: Open new doors across the Media & Entertainment landscape. Cultivate strong relationships with senior members of M&E prospects, tailoring strategic solutions that address business pain points and establish Fabric as a long-term partner.
  • Comprehensive Sales Management: Own all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and deal management. Operate with urgency and precision while leveraging the internal team to support execution and delivery
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a detailed sales plan for your assigned territory, aligning with company objectives and adapting quickly to market opportunities, setting clear goals, and identifying key success metrics.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Cultivate and maintain a robust sales pipeline, using data-driven insights to forecast sales activity and track progress, with a strong focus on achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • CRM Discipline: Utilize Salesforce to its full capacity to manage and track account activity, provide regular activity forecasts and pipeline reports to inform internal team strategies.
  • Product Storytelling & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, insight-driven product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients, that translate technical capabilities into clear business value. Confidently communicate ROI, roadmap alignment, and competitive differentiation.
  • Account Expansion: Develop and nurture accounts, fostering strong client relationships that promote repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Industry Presence: Act as a Fabric ambassador across EMEA. Stay informed about the competitive landscape of the Media & Entertainment industry, including competing companies, market trends, and their product offerings. Represent the company at industry events, panels, and key customer forums.
  • Adaptability & Team Partnership: Operate with both independence and collaboration - driving deals forward while closing partnering with Fabric’s Account Management and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution.

Qualifications

  • Media & Entertainment Expertise: Direct experience working in the Media & Entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of content supply chain workflows, common challenges faced by studios, broadcasters, and platforms, and bringing a meaningful network across the region..
  • Proven Sales Leadership: At least 5 years in quota-carrying roles with a demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targets. A strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals and driving new business within M&E
  • Pipeline Ownership & Execution: Demonstrated ability to independently generate pipeline, manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and close business without relying solely on inbound or channel-generated leads.
  • Strategic Thinking & Commercial Acumen: Skilled at territory planning, opportunity qualification, and navigating long sales cycles. Adept at balancing short-term results with long-term customer relationship goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Proven history of exceeding sales goals and objectives, demonstrating a strong drive and commitment to success.
  • Collaborative, Driven, and Emotionally Intelligent: History of working independently with little guidance. Thrives in cross-functional environments and builds trust easily.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Capable of influencing senior stakeholders and navigating both creative and technical stakeholders.
  • SaaS Knowledge: Experience selling SaaS solutions, particularly to M&E clients, is highly preferred.

Working Conditions:
