Head of Responsible Artificial Intelligence is a senior role within HSBC UK Business Risk & Resilience, shaping how we govern and oversee AI and GenAI across the bank. You'll set the risk and controls strategy and provide oversight so AI is designed, deployed and operated safely, fairly and securely in line with UK regulatory expectations and HSBC UK's risk appetite. Working across HSBC UK and with Group stakeholders, you'll provide effective scrutiny across the AI lifecycle and support accountable decision-making for material AI use cases. You'll also set expectations for operational resilience and third-party assurance for AI solutions. Success means clear decision rights, consistent governance outcomes and decision-ready reporting that strengthens customer outcomes, colleague impact and the bank's resilience. This role can be based in Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds or Manchester
