Vickerstock invites a Director/Regional Director to lead its Water & Wastewater practice from Coventry, overseeing a growing Design & Build project pipeline. You will shape strategy, win new work, and provide senior technical and commercial leadership across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered status and professional recognition.
• Significant senior experience in water and wastewater sector.

• Strong commercial awareness and growth leadership.

Responsibilities

Director / Regional Director Water & Wastewater

Vickerstock are working with an established engineering consultancy to appoint a Director or Regional Director to lead their Water & Wastewater work from their Coventry office.

This is a critical, senior appointment. The business has a growing pipeline of Design & Build water and wastewater projects, and is looking for a leader to take ownership of that pipeline, grow the business and win new work.

It is a role with genuine autonomy. You'll have the freedom to shape how the water business grows, with the rewards to match, including performance-related bonus and profit share.
