Oxendon Partners in London is seeking a Director to lead and grow its Quantity Surveying team. With equity on offer from day one and a strong backing, you will shape the direction of the business and build a high-performing team across residential, commercial and hotels.

You should have a proven consultancy QS background, a deep London network, and a credible plan to win new clients while developing and mentoring the team. Public sector exposure would be a real advantage.

London | £115k - £130k base + equity (up to 7.5%) + package

A well-established multinational, multidisciplinary consultancy with an excellent reputation in its field is looking for a Director to lead and grow its London Quantity Surveying team.

The opportunity

QS is currently one of the smaller functions in the business, with a team of 7 in London, and the leadership is committed to changing that. This is a chance to take ownership of a team with strong backing, a healthy pipeline and a respected brand behind it, and shape it into something significantly bigger.

The team is busy, so there is no pressure to win work from day one. What they do want is someone with a strong network and a clear plan for bringing new clients on board and growing the team over time.

Current work spans residential, commercial and hotels. The business is very open to moving into new sectors, including public sector work and new frameworks, so you will have real freedom to set the direction.

Equity from the outset

For the right person, equity is on the table from the start, which is rare at this level:

• Tranche 1: options over 5% after year 1
• Tranche 2: options over a further 2.5% after year 2

That is the opportunity to own 7.5%, linked primarily to the performance of the QS business, against a growth plan you agree together with the leadership team.
