Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, negotiation and execution of PVAs at global and local levels.
• Oversee the PV Alliance Contracting function and develop talent.
• Govern PV agreements templates in collaboration with Legal and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on PV contracting and risk management.
• Drive governance updates, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across PV alliances.
