Project Director - Commercial Developer

This leading project management consultancy works with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London, managing several award-winning projects.

They are currently seeking a Project Manager at the Project Director level to join their team due to new projects commencing in Q3 2025. These projects involve commercial cut and carve and new build developments with contract values ranging from £50m to £250m.

About you:

You should ideally be a project management professional with over 10 years of experience in a consultancy or client-side project delivery under JCT contracts.
