This leading project management consultancy works with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London, managing several award-winning projects.

They are currently seeking a Project Director to join their team due to new projects launching in Q3 2025. These projects involve commercial cut and carve and new build developments with contract values ranging from £50m to £250m.

About you:

You should be a project management professional with over 10 years of experience in a consultancy or client-side project delivery under JCT contracts.
