Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Director specialising in Recovery within the construction sector to join a large multidisciplinary consultancy. The role involves providing and leading Project Advisory services related to planning, delivery, review, and turnaround of complex projects and programmes across various sectors including retail, residential, O&G, energy, manufacturing, and public infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage Project Advisory services for leading clients, overseeing planning, delivery, review, and turnaround of complex projects.
  • Supervise multi-sector advisory teams in developing, implementing, and recovering large-scale projects, including roles of Consultants, Contractors, and Clients.
  • Analyze capital projects for compliance with stakeholder management of time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Identify risks in large-scale projects and develop practical mitigation strategies.
  • Advise on governance, contract structures, and analyze progress at key milestones, providing detailed status reports to stakeholders.
  • Review and advise on contractual issues and dispute resolution strategies.
  • Apply analytical skills to construction claims and project distress issues, delivering high-standard consultancy advice.
  • Develop recovery and resolution strategies to ensure project success.
  • Promote the Contract Services offered by the firm within the industry.
Desired Skills and Experience
