Crosslake Tech in London seeks a Director in our Coverage team to own relationships with Private Equity clients and portfolio companies, operating with autonomy at the intersection of technology transformation and AI-driven disruption.

You will shape engagement strategy, develop new business, and contribute to evolving our regional service offering while backed by a global firm and strong local freedom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with top-tier Private Equity clients, Portfolio Companies and Advisors to drive business growth.
• Scope engagements by understanding client needs and applying Crosslake’s capabilities to deliver outcomes.
• Lead client-facing project teams to deliver on time and on budget, managing budgets, schedules and resource use.
• Participate in company-wide strategy and vision discussions.
• Lead product/practice areas, set roadmaps and evolve templates and artifacts.
• Onboard and sponsor new practitioners, including interviewing and engagement decisions.
• Approve SOWs, budgets and timesheets for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Serve as project lead or second on engagements as needed.
• Participate in sales calls/SOW writing as needed.
