Job summary

AustralianSuper is seeking a Director, Private Credit (Infrastructure Debt) to lead origination, underwriting and execution of complex infrastructure debt investments across UK and Europe. You will drive portfolio construction, manager selection, and market development within a high-performance international team.

The role requires deep credit and infrastructure experience, strong relationship management, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in credit investing and infrastructure lending.
• Strong expertise in credit analysis, underwriting, financial modelling, and investment assessment.
• Experience leading loan transaction execution and investment management activities.
• Experience in loan portfolio management and asset management oversight.

Responsibilities

• Originate, originate and assess infrastructure debt investment opportunities.
• Lead due diligence, underwriting, and credit assessment of prospective investments.
• Oversee portfolio monitoring, asset management, and reporting.
