Position: Director Pricing Actuary

Location: London, One Canada Square, Level 26

Reporting To: Chief Origination Officer

BAC UK is seeking a Senior Associate or Director for the Pricing & Deal Structuring team. The role involves:

• Pricing new BPA deals, reviewing benefit specifications and scheme data, and recommending pricing assumptions.
• Identifying non-standard pricing features and proposing appropriate methodologies.
• Preparing RFQ responses and structuring bespoke solutions for schemes.
• Creating pricing packs and presenting deals to Senior Management for approval.
• Engaging with the risk function to support deal approval processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified actuary with 5-10 years’ PQE.
• Experience in pricing UK BPA deals.
• Knowledge of UK pensions and bulk annuities within the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills.
