This role involves working on Rating and Pricing platforms. The ideal candidate may be an ex-actuary or pricing specialist familiar with these platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Setting and driving the strategy and vision for the product.
2. Selling capabilities and ensuring compatibility with Tech capabilities.
3. Managing rating and pricing platform-related activities and industry experience.

Additional requirements:

• Experience with pricing tools and a visionary mindset.
• Preference for candidates who do not want to be actuaries.
• Ability to manage KSHs with gravitas.

Job Summary:

• Own the global product strategy for GRS business objectives within the Underwriting Domain for Agile Products, covering Risk Assessment, Coverage, Rating, and Pricing technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with UW, Actuarial, and Data teams on engagement and data flow.
• Translate the Underwriting business vision into a global digital strategy.
• Oversee Agile product teams, ensuring proper resourcing and focus.
• Manage a team of Product Managers and oversee their Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Be accountable for outcomes and key results (OKRs) aligned with strategic objectives.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and progress using agile methodology.
