Job Description:

An OUTSTANDING opportunity for a Director-Level - Senior Delivery Lead / Senior Delivery Director / Portfolio Director Lead for GLOBAL UNDERWRITING, PRICING & RATINGS ENGINE.

This is a niche and specialist position that requires a senior delivery lead person with extensive and recent experience in Insurance Underwriting Workbench, including Ratings and Pricing Engine.

Please note: WE can ONLY consider your application if you have come from a Senior (Director Level) Delivery Position (e.g., Programme Delivery Lead, Portfolio Delivery Manager, Head of Underwriting Workbench).

Candidates should have extensive AGILE Delivery experience within an Insurance Underwriting capacity and be delivery-focused.

This is a Director-level role

Location: London; 3 days in the office; plus some (ad-hoc) international travel as required

This is a senior role working on Rating and Pricing platforms.

You will be setting and driving the strategy and vision for Workbench, Pricing, and Ratings.

Responsibilities include selling capabilities and ensuring compatibility with Tech capabilities.

Job Summary:

· Be responsible for global product ownership of insurance ratings and pricing business objectives within the Underwriting Domain for Agile Products spanning core capabilities such as Risk Assessment, Coverage, Rating, and Pricing technology.

· Work closely with Underwriting, Actuarial, and Data teams on how to engage with these capabilities and manage the flow of data between linked capabilities.

· Responsible for articulating and translating the overall Underwriting business vision into a global digital strategy.

· Oversee Agile product teams, ensuring they are appropriately resourced and focused.

· Directly manage a team of Product Managers and oversee their respective Agile teams and stakeholders.

· Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and overall progress against objectives using agile methodology.
