Job summary

WPP is seeking a Director, Solutions Development – Performance Development to lead the design and delivery of enhanced digital performance solutions within WPP Media Solutions. Focused on Social and Programmatic, you will shape destination requirements, map strategic planning to tactical development, and drive revenue-generating performance through robust processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of performance marketing experience in Media, with evidence in Social and OR Programmatic trading.
• Experience with Digital Media from both media and technical perspectives and strong relationships with adtech/martech partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to develop new client solutions ahead of market maturity.
• Project management experience to lead cross-functional teams and multiple developments.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of best-in-market performance capabilities for Social (P1) and Programmatic Display (P2).
• Be the go-to expert for innovation and developments in Performance delivery for clients, shaping solution differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional working groups across media, tech, marketing science, planning, and activation.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive ideas, influence strategy, and articulate value of proposed solutions.
• Ensure compliant design and development of owned channel solutions with visibility into pricing and margins.
• Develop and deliver a channel roadmap and troubleshoot business challenges to enhance the portfolio.
