Job summary

Crosslake is seeking a Director in our Coverage team to build and own client relationships across private equity and portfolio companies, driving value through technology strategy and AI-enabled disruption.

This entrepreneurial role offers autonomy, global backing, and the chance to shape Crosslake’s offerings in EMEA while leading cross-functional project teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and expand relationships with Private Equity clients, portfolio companies, and advisors.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a track record as trusted advisor.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with top-tier Private Equity clients, Portfolio Companies and Advisors to drive business growth.
• Scope engagements by understanding client needs and applying Crosslake’s capabilities to deliver outcomes.
• Lead client-facing project teams and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Participate in and drive company-wide strategy and vision discussions.
• Lead product/practice areas, set roadmaps, and evolve templates and artifacts.
• Onboard and sponsor new practitioners, including interviewing candidates and engagement decisions.
• Approve SOWs, budgets and timesheets for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Serve as project lead or senior team member on engagements as needed.
• Participate in sales calls and SOW writing as needed.
