Job summary

Thomas Ren Associates Ltd is seeking a VP to lead Nordic Coverage from our London office. You will work directly with the senior investment team and take significant responsibility across the full investment lifecycle.

You will also be the primary contact for founders, advisers, and intermediaries, driving relationships and deal execution in a Pan European mid-market fund with a focus on software and tech-enabled services. Nordic expertise, especially Sweden, is highly valued.

Our client an award-wining mid market private equity buy-out fund who is seeking to hire a VP, Nordic Coverage for its London office.

A key hire for the team, you will be working directly with the senior investment team, the successful candidate will take significant responsibility across the full investment lifecycle. You will also be primary responsible for managing and honing relationships with founders, advisers, intermediaries and other relevant participants etc.

Pan European Mid Market Fund.

They predominantly focus on a buy and build strategies within the software and technology industries.

It is critical that you possess a stellar buyout track record within the software or/and tech enabled services.
