Our client is seeking a Director or Partner TS, to join their London office.

Our client is a well established practice firm and are expanding their CF team at pace. As a result of a continued strong pipeline they are looking for an experienced Director or Partner to support in their growth plans.

The firm has a strong buy side offering, so exposure to TS in this area would be a strong advantage. Sector Agnostic - 1m-100m

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting members of the CF team to enable them to provide strategic and technical advice and guidance to clients regarding acquisitions, disposals, and other M&A transactions
• Creating and reviewing financial models to assist in the evaluation of the business and prospects for a client, and the potential returns of a transaction
• Pitching and winning work
• Supporting junior colleagues and team

The successful candidate needs to:

• Be ACA/ACCA qualified or have relevant corporate finance qualifications
• Have around strong exposure to TS - preferably buy-side
• Demonstrate interest in OMBs and the markets in which they operate
