Quadient seeks a Director of Product & Strategy for CXM Flex to own the on‑premise, self‑hosted, and managed service Inspire portfolio. You will define the long‑term vision, multi‑year strategy, and AI‑enabled capabilities while guiding a small Product Management team and collaborating with R&D, Customer Success, and Sales.

This role focuses on modernization, migration paths to CXM SaaS, and strong governance for security, data sovereignty, and regulatory residency across enterprise customers in

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in enterprise software or SaaS.
• 7+ years leading product managers.
• Deep expertise in CCM/CXM and regulated domains.
• Experience managing mature on-premise platforms.
• Strong fluency with APIs, identity, and deployment topologies.
• Executive communication and stakeholder leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define the long‑term product vision for on‑premise and hosted Inspire portfolio.
• Own multi‑year strategy balancing sustainment, modernization, and migration.
• Translate customer requirements into differentiated capabilities.
• Lead AI‑enabled capabilities in on‑prem and hybrid deployments.
