Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Manager for Customer Experience & Innovation (Consumer Products) to shape AI-enabled CX/EX strategies. You will transform research into compelling value propositions, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with clients to deliver end-to-end experiences.

The role blends strategy, design, and technology to drive adoption and measurable impact. You will influence engagements, write the narrative for executive audiences, and work across brands, markets and platforms
