As part of this growth in demand, we are seeking an experienced Director to join our teams of highly talented consultants, working on the pursuit and delivery of digital transformation consulting services, as well as providing subject matter expertise, capability development, and intellectual capital.
As a Director, you’ll help set the direction, drive the business forward, model our values and behaviors, and coach and develop junior team members. You will also have opportunities to contribute to the business and your personal growth through activities such as:
Significant experience in consulting within the Utilities sector, with a strong understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain and its transition to meet customer-centric needs.
Experience managing large, complex programs and delivering digital transformation projects, including supporting digital technologies for new energy sources.
Awareness of emerging trends such as IoT, automation, sustainability, digital twin, and AI.
Currently working in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background. Proven success in a matrixed organization, enlisting support from peers for selling and delivering consulting solutions.
Experience in proposition building and delivery, with a goal of generating approximately €2m in consulting revenues through business development leveraging existing relationships and networks.
