YOUR ROLE

As a Director in the business, you’ll help set the direction, drive the business forward, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior team members.

You will also contribute to the business and your personal growth through activities such as:

1. Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches, and hosting clients at events.
2. Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
3. Learning & development – Training, certifications, and skills development to support your career growth.

YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive experience in Consulting within the Utilities sector, with a strong understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain and its transition to meet customer-centric needs.
• Experience managing large, complex programmes and delivering digital transformation projects/services.
• Awareness of emerging market trends such as IoT, technology platforms, automation, sustainability, digital twin, and AI.
• Experience working in a major Consulting firm or industry with a Consulting background. Proven success in a matrixed organization, enlisting support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering solutions.
• Experience in proposition building and delivery.
• Business development – Utilizing a broad network and relationships to generate approximately €2 million in consulting revenues.
