A forward thinking office consultancy is looking to appoint a Director or Associate Director to join their growing team in London. This firm stands out by exclusively advising occupiers (not landlords) on office acquisitions, lease strategy, and workplace consultancy across the London market and beyond.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of client relationships, lead office search and lease negotiation projects, and advise on long term workspace strategies. You’ll play a key part in business development and help shape the direction of the agency function as it scales, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end office acquisition projects across London and globally
  • Negotiate leases, renewals, and exits, securing the best terms for occupiers
  • Develop and grow client relationships through market insight and strategic advice
  • Build the business pipeline, contributing to marketing, networking, and lead generation
  • Support and mentor junior surveyors, fostering a high performance team environment
  • Stay ahead of market trends and occupier needs, delivering data backed insights
