Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust seeks a senior leader to head the workforce and finance intelligence function. You will turn complex data into board-ready insight, lead a team, and deputise for the Deputy Chief Finance Officer as needed.

The role spans cross-cutting teams across clinical, operational and corporate services. Applicants should hold a degree (numerate preferred) with masters-level knowledge and have advanced statistical, modelling and forecasting capabilities, along with

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate field or equivalent experience.
• Masters-level specialist knowledge gained through postgraduate study or experience.
• Postgraduate degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trust's workforce and financial planning, intelligence and analytical functions to provide high-quality information for decisions.
• Develop and deliver integrated workforce and financial planning frameworks, models and reporting systems.
• Provide expert analysis and interpretation of complex data to the Board, Executive Team and senior leaders.
• Lead development of intelligence, reporting and analytical solutions that are accessible, accurate and actionable.
• Identify, assess and monitor workforce and financial risks, supporting services with mitigation and recovery plans.
• Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking, forecasting and intelligence to support transformation.
• Deputise for the Deputy Chief Finance Officer when required.
• Represent the Trust at internal, regional and external meetings, partnerships and forums.
