Job summary

Mearley Veterinary Group in Lancashire invites a Director of Practice to lead three practices, steer strategy and growth, and shape clinical and operational direction.

You will own the P&L, drive performance across sites, and develop teams while enhancing client experience. This is a senior leadership role offering autonomy and lasting impact in a well‑established practice. The role is full time, flexible, with a salary up to £55,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leader with accountability for operational and commercial performance.
• Strong financial and business management capability, including experience with planning and P&L oversight.
• Ability to lead, engage and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading through change and driving cultural or transformational initiatives.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
