Following major Series B investment, they’re entering an exciting growth phase—and they’re on the lookout for a Director of Engineering to help scale their already impressive tech operation.

This role sits at the heart of a mission-led business that’s solving real-world challenges at scale, with a platform that’s trusted by global leaders in the health sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

Think less about business-as-usual leadership, and more about driving bold technical evolution.

You’ll be heading up a 100+ person engineering org, championing world-class engineering practices, and working alongside execs across product, sales, and growth.

You’ll:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, architecture, and QA
• Help shape the technical direction and future of a high-impact platform
• Build high-performing teams and nurture engineering leadership from within
• Align engineering outcomes with product and commercial goals
• Keep quality, reliability, and security top of mind as the platform scales
• Embrace DevOps, infrastructure as code, and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Bring clarity and structure to complexity in a fast-paced, scaling business

What You’ll Bring

• Have a deep technical background (ideally across AWS, .NET, Node, TypeScript, Terraform, CI/CD)
• Come from a Software Engineering background
• Have experience operating in global, high-growth environments
