Job Summary

The Director of Sales & Partnerships will lead efforts to generate revenue and expand market share through AI-powered healthcare products, managing a global team with strategic sales and negotiation expertise.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Collaborate with industry partners, leverage networks, and utilize AI tools to generate leads, aligning with marketing efforts.
  2. Pipeline Management: Manage and forecast the sales pipeline, support KPI development, and track metrics from qualification to closure.
  3. RFP/RFI Leadership: Oversee responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring timely, detailed submissions that highlight value propositions.
  4. Pricing & Negotiation: Develop competitive pricing strategies and negotiate deals, including contracts over $10M.
  5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster relationships and drive growth.
  6. Presentations: Deliver executive-level presentations on strategies, outcomes, and financials.
Experience & Skills

Required: 10+ years in healthcare technology sales, experience with SaaS/PaaS/BPaaS, RFP processes, and managing multiple projects.

Preferred: Authorization to work in the U.S.

Deep knowledge of healthcare industry trends, payer systems, clinical and digital health products, and strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.

Travel: 50-75%

Position Type: On-the-road

Physical Work Site: Occasionally required

Salary Range: $108,000 - $201,800, based on experience and location.
